Privacy Policy
Engaged Nation, LLC ("Engaged Nation", "we", "us", or "our") operates the Promo on Demand platform, which powers this promotional campaign. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you participate in this promotion, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By participating in this campaign you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
When you register for or participate in this campaign, we may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity information: First name, last name, or full name, and a nickname if the campaign uses one.
- Contact information: Email address, phone number.
- Date of birth: Where the campaign asks for it, to confirm that you meet the minimum age.
- Loyalty program information: Casino or venue loyalty card number / membership number.
- Other registration answers: Your answers to any additional questions the Sponsor adds to the registration form, and a record that you agreed to these Terms.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, the size of your browser window, a device identifier (see Section 4), and the date and time of each registration, sign-in and play.
- Gameplay information: Game results, scores, prizes won or received, how each game session progressed, and participation timestamps.
- Picks and rankings: For pick'em and prop card campaigns, your picks, your score and your place on the leaderboard.
Providing this information is voluntary, but certain fields may be required to participate in the promotion. Any fields marked as required on the registration form are necessary for eligibility verification purposes.
Information the Sponsor provides. We may also receive information about you from the Sponsor. For example, a personalized campaign link the Sponsor sends you can carry your details and register you without the form. The Sponsor may also provide loyalty program details, used to confirm eligibility, to add bonus picks or to activate your picks, and lists of people who are not eligible to take part.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following purposes:
- To verify your eligibility to participate in this campaign.
- To keep you signed in to the campaign, and to let you return to it from the same browser (see Section 4).
- To administer the promotion, including awarding and tracking prizes, enforcing play limits, and showing leaderboards.
- To prevent duplicate or fraudulent participation.
- To protect this campaign, other campaigns operated on our platform, and their participants from fraud and abuse, including by restricting or blocking access from accounts, devices or IP addresses associated with fraudulent or abusive activity.
- To communicate with you regarding your participation or prize redemption, if applicable.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including gaming and promotional regulations.
- To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics about campaign performance (no individual is identifiable in these reports).
3. Sharing & Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with unrelated businesses for commercial gain.
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With the sponsoring organization: The casino, venue, or business operating this campaign (the "Sponsor") receives your participation data, including the IP address, device and browser used for each sign-in, for prize fulfillment, eligibility verification and fraud prevention. If the Sponsor has connected this campaign to its email service provider, your name, email address, phone number, loyalty number, nickname and date of birth are also sent to the Sponsor's account with that provider. The Sponsor is subject to their own privacy obligations under applicable law, and its use of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.
- With other participants: On campaigns with a leaderboard, your nickname, score and rank are shown to other participants. If you don't choose a nickname, one is made from your initials and random characters. Your full name and contact details are not shown.
- With service providers: We engage trusted technology partners to operate our platform (e.g., cloud hosting, database services, content delivery and email delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for any purpose beyond providing services to us.
- Translation: If this campaign offers a language selector, it is provided by GTranslate, and the page's text is translated by Google's translation service when you choose a language. We keep your name, email address and other personal details out of what is sent to be translated. Your browser connects to these services directly, so they receive your IP address and browser information.
- As required by law: We may disclose information if required to do so by a court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
4. Cookies, Browser Storage & Device Recognition
The campaign uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies so that it works and so that it can be protected. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on campaign pages.
- Session cookie (
PRODUCTION_SESSION_ID): set when you open the campaign. It keeps your visit together as you move between the campaign's pages and protects the forms you submit. It expires after 4 hours. - Campaign sign-in cookie (its name begins
en_campaign_pid_): set when you register or sign in, so that you can close the page and return to the same campaign without registering again. It holds a signed reference to your participant record, not your name or contact details. Each campaign has its own, and it expires after 30 days. - Browser storage: The page also keeps small notes in your browser: which daily games you have already played today, cleared the next day, and details you typed on one sign-in step so that the next step can fill them in, cleared once used or when you close the tab. Some games keep their own settings in your browser, such as whether sound is on, or your best score.
- Language choice: If you use the language selector, GTranslate remembers the language you chose.
Device recognition. When you visit, the campaign page calculates an identifier from characteristics of your browser and device, such as its screen, time zone, language and graphics capabilities. This is sometimes called a browser fingerprint. It is calculated in your browser by software we host ourselves, and only the resulting identifier is sent to us, not the characteristics it was made from. We store it with your registration, each sign-in and each play, and use it to detect and prevent duplicate or fraudulent participation, including finding accounts that were used from the same device.
Your choices. You can delete or block cookies and browser storage in your browser's settings. If you do, the campaign won't remember you: you may need to register or sign in again, and some features may not work.
Do Not Track. Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal, or a similar one such as Global Privacy Control. Campaign pages don't track you across other websites: they carry no advertising or analytics tools, and the device identifier described above is used only to prevent duplicate and fraudulent participation in campaigns on our platform. Because there is no such tracking to switch off, campaign pages work the same way whether or not your browser sends one of these signals. The only outside service a campaign page uses is the language selector described in Section 3, provided by GTranslate and Google, and only when the campaign offers it. Your browser connects to it directly, so GTranslate and Google receive your IP address and browser information, under their own privacy policies.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews.
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to administer the promotion, to comply with applicable laws, and to resolve disputes. Gameplay and participation records are typically retained for a period of up to two (2) years following the end of the campaign, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Sign-in records (IP address, device and browser) are kept for up to 12 months from the sign-in. Cookies and browser storage expire as described in Section 4.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have specific legal rights regarding your personal information. Regardless of jurisdiction, you may always contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and within a reasonable timeframe. Specific rights for EU/EEA and California residents are described in the sections below.
8. GDPR — Rights of EU/EEA Residents
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") grants you specific rights over your personal data. Our legal basis for processing your data in connection with this campaign is your participation (contractual necessity) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in fraud prevention and campaign administration.
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access (Article 15): Obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how it is processed.
- Rectification (Article 16): Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
- Erasure / Right to be Forgotten (Article 17): Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or where you withdraw consent, subject to our legal obligations.
- Restriction of Processing (Article 18): Request that we limit how we use your data while a dispute is resolved.
- Data Portability (Article 20): Receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.
- Object to Processing (Article 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (e.g., your country's Data Protection Authority). To exercise your GDPR rights, please contact us at the address in the Contact section below. We will respond within 30 days, extendable by a further two months where necessary for complex requests.
9. CCPA/CPRA — Rights of California Residents
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA") provide you with specific rights regarding your personal information.
Categories of personal information we collect (for CCPA disclosure purposes):
- Identifiers: name, nickname, email address, phone number, IP address, and the device identifier described in Section 4.
- Characteristics of protected classifications: date of birth, where the campaign asks for it.
- Commercial information: records of promotional activity, picks and prizes received.
- Internet/electronic activity: browser and device information, and participation timestamps.
- Sensitive personal information (as defined by CPRA): loyalty card / membership numbers.
We collect this information from you, from your browser and device, and from the Sponsor (Section 1), for the business purposes described in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell personal information, no opt-out of sale is required; however, we provide that right below as a matter of transparency.
Under CCPA/CPRA, California residents have the right to:
- Know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our business purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.
- Delete: Request deletion of personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions (e.g., completing a transaction, legal obligations, fraud prevention).
- Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. If our practices ever change, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link before doing so.
- Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information (such as loyalty card numbers) to the purposes for which it was collected.
- Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you — including by denying goods or services, charging different prices, or providing a different quality of service — for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, please contact us using the information in the Contact section below. We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and the extension in writing. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we will require written proof of authorization.
10. Children's Privacy
This campaign is intended for individuals who meet the minimum age requirements set by the Sponsor and applicable law (typically 21 years of age or older for casino promotions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this campaign, please contact us immediately.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.

2. Participation Rules
- The Campaign is available for a limited time only, and ends at the date and time set by the Sponsor.
- Upon termination of the contract or the end of the campaign any virtual currency still available to the user upon termination shall be forfeited.
- Participants may only participate the number of times permitted by the Campaign rules (once per promotion period, or as otherwise specified).
- Attempts to participate more than the permitted number of times — including through the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, devices, or any automated means — are prohibited and will result in disqualification.

- All participation must be made by the individual registrant and may not be delegated to any other person.
- The Campaign Sponsor and Engaged Nation reserve the right to disqualify participants for any conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive.
- Engaged Nation may restrict or block access to this and other campaigns on the platform, including by IP address, in response to the conduct described above.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Improper conduct in the Campaign is strictly prohibited. It includes, but is not limited to:
- deliberately submitting false or misleading information;
- attempting to influence the result of a game, a pick or a drawing by collusion, by tampering with the Campaign, its games or the information your browser sends to us, or by any other means contrary to these Terms;
- deliberately causing a malfunction or failure in order to influence the course or outcome of a game;
- creating or using more than one registration for one person;

- choosing a nickname that is offensive or obscene, or that impersonates someone else; and
- breaking any other rule in these Terms or in the Sponsor's rules for the Campaign.
In particular, you must not:
- decompile, reverse engineer or reproduce the software used by the Campaign, or interfere with it, with the Campaign's website, or with the communication between your browser and our servers, or develop any software that does;
- use bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or any other automated tools to register, play or make picks, or any script that Engaged Nation has not authorized;
- use any software that, in Engaged Nation's sole discretion, lets a participant cheat or gives a participant an unfair advantage, including software that profiles other participants or helps participants collude;
- use any software that analyzes, reproduces or interferes with the Campaign's games or their programming; or
- do anything that places an excessive burden on our servers.
If these rules are broken, Engaged Nation and the Sponsor may, with or without notice, at any time, void a game or its result, disqualify the participant, disable their registration, change or remove their nickname, restrict or block access as described in Section 2, and cancel or withhold plays, picks, drawing entries, prizes and rewards. A participant who is disqualified or blocked forfeits any plays, picks, drawing entries, prizes, virtual currency and rewards they have not yet redeemed, and any claim to the account.
4. Prizes & Rewards
- Prizes are as described in the Campaign materials. All prizes and virtual currency are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise specified.
- The Campaign, its prizes and its rewards are for the registered participant only. The Sponsor may require a valid, government-issued photo ID before awarding or releasing a prize or reward.
- Plays, picks, points, drawing entries and other items earned in the Campaign have no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for money.
- Prize winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
- The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Prizes must be claimed in the manner and within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
- Odds of winning, where applicable, depend on the number of eligible participants and the structure of the game.
5. Picks, Scoring & Results
In pick'em and prop card campaigns, the interpretation of each question, and the determination of the results used to score picks, are made by Engaged Nation or the Sponsor and are final and binding.
Scores, statistics and other sports information shown during a Campaign are unofficial and are provided for information and entertainment only. They may come from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or not useful. Neither Engaged Nation, the Sponsor nor their third-party providers make any warranty about that information or are responsible for any error or omission in it.
6. Technical Issues & Errors
Engaged Nation and the Sponsor are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical failures; (b) errors in game logic or display arising from hardware or software malfunctions; or (c) any damage to a participant's computer or device resulting from participation. In the event of a technical error that compromises the integrity or fairness of the Campaign, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at our sole discretion.
Engaged Nation and the Sponsor make reasonable efforts to keep the information on Campaign pages and in Campaign communications accurate. Dates, prizes, conditions and other details can change, however, and they may change that information at any time without notice and make no warranty as to its accuracy.

Nor are they liable for any loss or damage caused by someone else's use of your registration, your device or your personalized campaign link, or by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, power or network outages, or acts of government.
9. Indemnification
By participating in this Campaign, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Engaged Nation, LLC and the Sponsor from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your participation in the Campaign; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.
