Terms of Service / Official Rules

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your participation in this promotional campaign ("Campaign") operated on the Promo on Demand platform by Engaged Nation, Inc. on behalf of the Sponsor. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.

1. Eligibility

Participation in this Campaign is open only to individuals who:

• Meet the minimum age requirement specified by the Sponsor (typically 21 years of age or older);
• Are legal residents of a jurisdiction where such promotions are permitted by law;
• Are enrolled in the Sponsor's loyalty program (if required);
• Have complied with all applicable laws and regulations; and
• Are not employees, officers, directors, or agents of Engaged Nation, the Sponsor, or their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, or advertising and promotional agencies (or members of their immediate families or households).

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements.

2. Participation Rules

• Participants may only participate the number of times permitted by the Campaign rules (once per promotion period, or as otherwise specified).
• Attempts to participate more than the permitted number of times — including through the use of multiple accounts, email addresses, devices, or any automated means — are prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• Participants must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information. False information is grounds for immediate disqualification.
• All participation must be made by the individual registrant and may not be delegated to any other person.
• The Campaign Sponsor and Engaged Nation reserve the right to disqualify participants for any conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive.

3. Prizes & Rewards

• Prizes are as described in the Campaign materials. All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise specified.
• Prize winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
• Prizes must be claimed in the manner and within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.

4. Technical Issues & Errors

Engaged Nation and the Sponsor are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, or misdirected entries due to technical failures; (b) errors in game logic or display arising from hardware or software malfunctions; or (c) any damage to a participant's computer or device resulting from participation. In the event of a technical error that compromises the integrity or fairness of the Campaign, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Campaign at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Campaign page, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game elements, and software, is the property of Engaged Nation, Inc. or the Sponsor, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Engaged Nation, Inc. and the Sponsor, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your participation in this Campaign, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Engaged Nation, Inc. and the Sponsor from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your participation in the Campaign; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Campaign shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page. Your continued participation in the Campaign after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
